And Baby Makes 5...

As we embark on a new year:

here's to remembering all the blessings we've been given this past year,

remember to make the days count instead of counting down the days,

and most of all remember that there is always, ALWAYS something to be thankful for!

It's what's for dinner...

This morning before I left the house I set the crockpot up to make some delicious pulled pork!  Yummy!  I use a recipe Chris' dad gave me and we love it (we've made a few tweaks but it's pretty close). This meal is mommy tested and Monkey approved!  If tonight wasn't a bath night before, I'm pretty sure it is now. Lol. Happy Hump Day everyone!  

Last night...

was not exactly fun :-(  Aiden went down around 730, just like usual.  Woke up at 830, woke up at 930, was UP from about 1130 until almost 1230 (screaming, I may add) and then finally came to bed with us at 500 so WE could get some sleep.  I'm still confused about why he was up so much... he's ALWAYS been a great sleeper so this is completely out of character for him.  I'm guessing that it's teething (another molar perhaps) but we're really perplexed.  Here's praying that tonight is better since we both have to get up and go to work in the morning :-)

On a lighter note; can you REALLY be upset at this cuteness?? lol... :-)

Hubby, sweet hubby.

I've had a sore throat for days now. I'm not 'sick' just a sore throat. Today I woke up without much of a voice. It's really kind of sad :-( anyway. Hubby made me some hot tea to help!  Isn't he just the sweetest?  I really am a lucky girl!

I finally found a blogger app for my phone (yes, I'm sure it's been around for a while but I just thought to look into it again)!  Hopefully this means there will be more posts (albeit short, perhaps). I realize that very few (if any?) People actually read this but I know my mom does and this is how she sees recent stuff about A so I suppose I should keep it updated.... Lol. Hopefully I'll visit again soon!  :-) off to visit with my little man some more! 

Aiden - 17 Weeks

So although this is your 17 week update and photo, you turn 4 months on Monday so this will also serve as your 4 month update :-) here we go!!

Snuggles, being warm, mommy, daddy, eating, laying on your tummy, your crib, car rides, laying on mommy, your white noise machine, sleeping, your rings on your carseat, grabbing for anything and everything (to include mommy's hair), laughing at daddy (he gets so many laughs... I get jealous of this sometimes but then I realize that I get the awesome hugs!), OH, hugging mommy ;-)

Dislikes:
Being cold, diaper changes, waking up in the morning, going to sleep (but love it once you get there... lol)

Current size:
You are still in 0-3 but I don't think it will last much longer. Your pants are fitting great but your shirts are getting a tad snug... no where near having to move up right now since the 3-6 mo stuff is still big.

I love you so much Monkey and couldn't imagine life without you!

Working makes it really difficult to post Aiden's pics in a timely fashion... or post at all apparently :-/ Sooooooo, that means you get photo-bombed! :-) Yay for you, right? lol. So here's week 14-16. I'll have to post week 17 in a different post since that involves his 4 month update as well...
